Gluten Free Friendly Restaurants and Menus

Hello dear Celiac friends. Please, oh please, takes these lists as only suggestions and don’t assume that the ‘gluten free’ items aren’t still processed or prepared with shared equipment as the glutinous items.

When ordering I suggest you make it very clear that you have Celiac and not just a simply gluten sensitivity and that cross contamination is not an option.

I’ve heard of many chefs and wait staff that assume this “made up allergy” really isn’t a big deal so it never hurts to ask to speak with the cook directly or give your server specific instructions.
